Could not load file or assembly 'Python.Runtime' or one of its dependencies. Attempt to load an incorrectly formatted program

I'm trying to use keras.net in visual studio 2022. I'm using a .Net application of 32bits so I had to install python 32 bits. I installed keras.net and tenwsorflow with python 32bits but I got this error in VS. Can anyone help me please?
