Excluding current category from sidebar's post widget, elementor, query-id

I have an archive page which displays current category.

On the right I have a sidebar that should display recent posts, but without posts that belongs to the current category that I am watching.

Here's the image:

So I want my Headlines, not to show Basketball category. Of course, this could be dynamicaly, when watching football category, not to show football etc..
