Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data()

My website is down and I can't login to Wordpress. I get this message when I try both:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function get_plugin_data() in /home/plantedmiami/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thst-feed/admin/options-init.php on line 29

What do I need to do? I'm launching a huge video project tomorrow and I need this to be working.

Well you have some problem in that plugin thst-feed You can temporary disable this plugin and check if it works.
