Getting hundreds of spam orders in WooCommerce with failed stripe payment

The day before yesterday, I got an enormous amount of spam orders coming in by the minute.

By the time I blocked the IP and email that the customer registered with, there had already been 3800 orders placed. All failed but the first 5.

My email obviously got flooded with the failed order notifications however, they seem to be arriving in random order and I am wondering if there is a way to delete the emails in queue in WordPress.

Also, has anyone had this issue before? Now they have created a new customer with a new email, luckily I managed to block them before they placed more orders. I assume this could be a bot but I'm not sure.

The IP shows they are in the Philippines but the address is in Toronto, while the phone number appears to be from Manitoba.

Any information will help, I am going to report them once I gather more information.
