How to know current auto-update status of the WordPress core?

One of my WordPress sites suddenly got updated to 5.9 from 5.8.3 and I got an email notification. I don't know why it's updated, I don't have any update-related entry on my wp-config.php file.

Is there any way to know the current auto-update status for the WordPress core? It'll help me to understand future updates.
