Interchanging Wordpress Multisite primary site

last year I developed a website for my school, a collection of school proyects. This year they asked me to create another section of the webpage with this yeats proyects, but they want a differernt theme, so I activated Wordpress MultiSite. The primary site of the network is last years page, but i want to change its domain from www.webpage.com to www.webpage.com/2021 in order to create new site for 2022 and a new landing page from where I can visit the other two sites. I cannot seem to find any way to do this. Can anyone help me?
