Is the Dataset XiangyaDerm available anywhere?

I've searched far and wide, does anybody know how to access the XiangyaDerm dataset? They say in their paper, that it is accessible. It has 150k images of skin lesions, which is way more than currently publicly available to all other datasets combined (106k~).
