Setting Multiple Post Containers Across Homepage And Costumize Them

i am trying to set up and costumize Multiple Post Containers Across the Homepage of my website that is offline.

I have tried multiple methods, such as using posts plugins, widgets on the sidebar and widget plugins.

It would be highly appreciated if i could get some advice on how to set up posts on the homepage.

It would be nice to have them where the red squares are on THIS IMAGE, its an example.
