What is the easiest way to move Nokia (Symbian E series) content, such as contacts, inbox, photos, etc. to an Android phone? I can extract a backup from the Nokia but it's in .nbu format

I'm having trouble with my new Samsung Galaxy S Vibrant running 2.1. It constantly reboots and I'm going to return it for a replacement unit. How can I transfer all of my phone settings, contacts, apps, app settings and pictures/movies from the old phone to the new one?

I think my previous SMS are stored somewhere in iTunes, can I get them back and store them in my new Android?
