Can I sell my Homebrew in the UK

I often produce an excess of homebrew. Would it be legal to sell it in the UK, I would only be selling a maximum of 50 pints / year and my charge would really only cover the cost of the bottle. Ideally I'd charge a £2 deposit for the bottle and this is refunded if they bring it back. Is this legal?

Ohio Laws on starting my brewery

I want to start a small brewey in my town in Ohio. Nothing huge to start. Does anyone have any advise for me as to equipment that I have to have or can I just use homebrewing equipment to start? And any other advise on licensing and laws would help.

Legalities of Selling my homebrew?

What are the steps needed to legally sell homebrew? I have an LLC and know how to setup the business/tax/etc on that side of things. I could do it under this or form a new one. I am just not certain of the liquor related laws/regulations. I want to be 100% legit and able to legally sell to the public. I live in the USA.

How do I legally sell my home brew in the UK?

I want to sell my home brew in the UK. I just make it at my flat, so I'm guessing I don't need a premises license? I sell it bottled and closed, so could I get away with simply having an "off-license"? Anything else that is required? Ultimately I want to be 100% legitimate.

Why is Homebrew Day the first Saturday in May?

The only reason I can find online seems to suggest that it is just because AHA said so. I seem to remember reading somewhere once that it was related to finally repealing parts of Prohibition that allowed for beer making by individuals at home, but I can't find anything about that. Anyone have any other historical references or reasons?

Can home brewer co-locate in a microbrewery? (Oregon)

A friend has a small brewery in Oregon with lots of extra space. I'd love to be able to do my tiny home brewing over there, as I have no room at home and he has room to spare. (I'm in Oregon, so OLCC is the state agency --- nothing …

What is the legal status of Homebrewing where you live?

So, I am quite the nerd, and one of the things I nerd about is the law in general, and in particular the legal standing of specific things around the world, such as photography, copyright and homebrewing. The question is pretty clear, but I would love some historical background, too, if you have it.

Is a donation jar (for homebrew supplies) legal in the United States?

If a brewer were to keep a donation jar near his kegs (i.e. tip jar), would this be strictly legal in the United States? Sales of homebrew are prohibited, and this website states that requiring a cover charge for a party where homebrew was served would also be illegal. But, since a dontation/tip is not required to drink the beer, would this also be prohibited? This question is really in two parts: 1) Is it strictly legal to have a …
