I'm starting a wiki to compile a short list of browsers, apps, extensions, etc. that allow users to easily link or bookmark webpages between their PC and phone. This is ultimately just a "best apps" question, so answers should be made CW. I placed an answer below. Any other suggestions are appreciated!
I would like to be able to use userscripts in Android. Is this even possible? I read that it was a couple months back and tried a tutorial which I can no longer find but it didn't work. This question may be related to this other one I submitted but I believe they may have totally different answers.

We have a client who are switching away from Windows Mobile (and IE Mobile) to Android based devices. We have some specific software that we deploy to their WM workforce by an ActiveX applet that loads in IE Mobile, but obviously Android will have no support for ActiveX. I need to send a web page as an email attachment using GMail, not as a link to the page, but the entire page saved and attached to the email. I don't see any way to do this with the Android web browser. Is there a way to do this that I've missed, or are there other browsers that can accomplish this?
When I type something into the search box at the top right of the main page, I get a Next key instead of the Go or enter key. If I enter text in search, pressing Next takes me to the interesting tags input, then to the ignored tags input; pressing Go from there takes me back to the main page, with my search text sitting in the search box and no way to do anything with it! The default browser (at least on HTC Sense) has this annoying habit of sliding the address bar down over the top portions of websites while the page is loading. After the page loads, the address bar is still there but it doesn't cover anything anymore. This is particularly annoying on sites like stackoverflow where it perfectly covers the top navigation area. Any way to make it stop? I need a browser to use when running in 3G due to the fact that its speed in my country is far for nice especially in some areas. If I surf to a page and then leave the browser for a while, when I open up the browser again it still shows the content of the page - but after a second or so it initiates a refresh. Is there a way to stop this behavior? I have experienced the same behavior in Dolphin Browser, fwiw.
With the stock browser when using a web page has a feature that requires dragging, how do you drag without moving the page? For example, cropping an image on the Gravatar site requires dragging the boundaries, but whenever I try to, I end up moving the page... but not dragging. UPDATE: I did notice on a third-party page with Google Maps embedded that the map did drag correctly. However, the above example still holds.
I'm thinking about buying an Android phone to use for light web browsing while traveling. How well does the Android browser work on average web pages? Besides the smaller screen and lack of flash are there other limitations? I'm particularly interested in using it access my bank accounts which has a kind of complicated log in system. Anyone had any experience here?
